Once approved, you can either:

Receive a replacement, or

Get a full refund (excluding delivery charges).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, etc.).

Refunds may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
